About Joe DeSapio

Hi, I'm Joe. I'm endlessly curious about how things work—people, systems, and the world we live in. I like taking on challenges, making sense of complicated ideas, and figuring out how things could work better.

My career has centered on helping companies figure out how to bring products to market and build the teams and processes to make it happen. I've been fortunate to do that at some remarkable organizations, alongside people I've learned a lot from.

My approach to work is rooted in empathy, creativity, and grit. I believe in the power of curiosity, generosity, and bravery, and I strive to bring these qualities to everything I do.

Outside of work, you'll often find me hiking or biking a trail somewhere in Central Oregon. But my greatest joy is time with my family. I'm a husband to an incredible partner and a dad to two amazing kids.

There's a lot to do, but I'm one who believes that "balance" and "fulfillment" only come from going all in on the things that matter most in life.
